  • You must notify Bien Padre by phone (707) 442 4585 or email sales@bienpadre.com regarding your intention to return an item. We cannot accept returns without prior notification from you. You must return the item to Bien Padre within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. Bien Padre Foods will credit or exchange unused or defective items in their original packaging only. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Bien Padre immediately. Please provide as much information as possible about the problem, the affected product, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Please do not discard or destroy any product until you have spoken with a Bien Padre associate. Return Shipping and Processing. The shipping carton your order arrived in should be sufficient to ensure that your return arrives back at the Bien Padre distribution center undamaged. Please pack your return shipment securely to make sure the item is not damaged in transit. Bien Padre Foods will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.) and if you desire a replacement, we will ship the replacement item at no cost to you. In other cases, an $8.00 return postage fee will apply. Once we receive your return, Bien Padre will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation.
